Our Story
It all started in the corridors of the Agricultural University of Athens, where a team of Food Science students transformed late nights in the Laboratory of Hygiene and Food Safety into a quest for innovation.
Driven by tradition and science, they refined age-old fermentation techniques through research and creativity, resulting in "Panacea", a living testament to our collaboration, curiosity, and passion.
Our efforts culminated at the National Ecotrophelia 2025 competition, where Panacea was proudly awarded Second Prize, standing out among Greece’s most promising food innovations. This recognition affirms our belief that tradition and technology can coexist, and even thrive- in every bottle.
